Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers entering the showroom
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable gold, diamond, or silver jewellery
- Explain product details such as weight, purity (Karat), making charges, and certifications
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection (cash, card, UPI)
- Maintain accurate stock display and showcase presentation
- Coordinate with the inventory team for stock movement and tagging
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, security, and product safety
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Support festive sales, promotions, and exhibitions
