Job Summary

HS925 is hiring an experienced Jewellery Sales Executive with prior experience in the jewellery industry. We are specifically looking for candidates who understand jewellery — preferably silver jewellery — and can confidently handle both in-store customers and live video consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live jewellery video calls and assist customers in product selection

Explain product details including designs, stones, finishes, and styling

Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

Deliver premium customer service aligned with brand standards - Customer follow-ups, and post-sale service

Required Skills & Experience

1–2 years of experience in the jewellery industry (Mandatory)

Preference for candidates with silver jewellery experience

Strong sales closing skills and target-oriented mindset

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Comfortable handling live video consultations

Well-groomed and professional personality

Language Preference

Kannada (Preferred)

Tamil (Preferred)

Telugu (Preferred)

Hindi / English
