Job Description
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax workings, registrations, returns, and timely filings
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns
- Manage payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions and compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments
- Perform bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing of accounts
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance records
Communication Skills
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (spoken and written)
Compensation
- Maximum CTC: ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
Joining Preference
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period preferred
