Company Overview: HoovuFresh is a fast-growing company in the floral and FMCG segment, focused on innovation and operational excellence.

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks and basic compliance processes.

Role Summary: The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling entries, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting tax data preparation. This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates with 1-2 years of accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily data entry in Zoho Books or Tally for sales, purchases, and expenses.

- Filing and organizing invoices, bills, and receipts.

- Assist with petty cash handling and daily cash reports.

- Support bank, vendor, and customer reconciliation activities

- Assist in GST and TDS data compilation and documentation.

- Maintain basic Excel trackers for financial entries.

- Support audit preparations by sharing documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

- B.Com or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting.

- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

- Familiarity with Zoho Books or Tally preferred.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot, filter).

Skills:

- Accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ability to work with deadlines and manage daily tasks independently.

- Good communication and documentation skills.
