Job Responsiblities : Joining Candidate will be responsible for Generating Invoices in line with received Purchase Orders, Passing Purchase & Sales Entries, Passing Payment Entries an Reconcile accounts. basic administration tasks, should be on hand to answer any queries raised by staff or external clients. They will be expected to help document and maintain the business’ finance procedures, updating and implementing them wherever necessary.
Daily tasks include:
• • Raising sales invoices and Invoice processing
• Processing expense requests
•• Cash book maintenance
• Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
• Banks reconciliation
• Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
• Basic administration
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation 
Desired Candidate : B Com Graduate with Good analytical and Communication skills, should be able to give attention to details and accuracy, problem analysis and have problem-solving skills. Candidate should be a fast learner, able to take initiative, should be willing to work as a team player, adhere to maintaining confidentiality wherever required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and emails must. Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime will be an added advantage.
