Jr. Accountant

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to independently handle bookkeeping, MIS repor􀆟ng,

payments, and compliance at Kreo Tech. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proac􀆟ve,

and takes complete ownership of accoun􀆟ng opera􀆟ons. Prior experience with Zoho Books,

GST/TDS filings, and managing cash flow is essen􀆟al.

Key Responsibili􀆟es

● Bookkeeping & Accoun􀆟ng Opera􀆟ons

• Maintain accurate daily books of accounts using Zoho Books

• Record and reconcile all financial transac􀆟ons, including invoices, payments, and

journals

• Track payables and receivables, and ensure vendor ledgers are up to date

● MIS, Repor􀆟ng & Cash Flow

• Update and maintain MIS dashboards for finance tracking

• Monitor and track cash flow on a weekly and monthly basis

• Prepare financial reports: P&L, cash flow statements, aging reports, etc.

• Share key insights and updates with leadership on a regular basis

● Payments & Compliance

• Process payments to vendors, partners, and team members on 􀆟me

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance work

• Coordinate with external consultants for month-end closing and audit readiness

● Financial Planning & Process Ownership

• Assist in budge􀆟ng, cost op􀆟miza􀆟on, and implemen􀆟ng financial controls

• Ensure high accuracy, discipline, and 􀆟meliness across all accoun􀆟ng tasks

• Iden􀆟fy areas for improvement in finance workflows and propose solu􀆟ons

Requirements

• Qualifica􀆟ons: Bachelor's degree in Accoun􀆟ng, Economics, or Finance or equivalent

experience

• Experience: 2–5 years of accoun􀆟ng experience

• Tools: Zoho Books experience is a must

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian accoun􀆟ng standards, GST, and TDS and

data entry

• Bonus: Exposure to D2C, eCommerce, or inventory-led businesses
