Junior Account Executive

Job Summary :-

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting senior accountants to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :-

Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

Maintain purchase and sales entries

Support GST/TDS filing and compliance (if applicable)

Prepare basic financial reports and statements

Assist during audits

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups.

Requirements :-

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)

0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Familiarity with Tally / Busy / MS Excel

Good communication and organizational skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Skills :-

Knowledge of GST and basic taxation

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

Strong numerical and analytical skills.
