• Key Responsibilities:Daily Bookkeeping:
• 
  
• Record day-to-day transactions (sales, purchases, expenses)
• Reconcile outlet reports with central kitchen dispatch and POS systems
• GST Compliance:
• 
  
• Maintain GST invoice records
• Assist in preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns
• Prepare documentation for input tax credit and inter-branch transfers
• TDS & Tax Support:
• 
  
• Calculate and prepare TDS payments
• Assist in quarterly TDS return filings
• Coordinate with external CA/tax consultants
• Payroll Assistance:
• 
  
• Maintain employee attendance and salary records
• Calculate PF/ESI, coordinate with HR/admin for payroll processing
• Inventory & Vendor Management:
• 
  
• Track raw material purchases and usage
• Support inventory audit and vendor payment cycles
• Audit Support:
• 
  
• Prepare ledgers, bank reconciliations, and necessary reports for statutory audit
• Required Qualifications & Skills:B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred (F&B or retail sector a plus)
• Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Work Schedule:Full-time, 6 days/week
• On-site at Bangalore central kitchen/head office
• Salary:₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
