Junior Accountant

Role: As a junior accountant, you will be handing all day-to-day invoices, purchase bills, bank entries, inventory matching etc.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices and Final Invoices
• Record Purchase Bills and verify them against received inventory
• Enter Bank Transactions in accounting software daily
• Maintain accurate daily records of all expenses and payments
• Assist in inventory reconciliation between books and physical stock
• Coordinate with the operations team for order picking and packing
• Ensure accuracy of goods picked as per invoice before dispatch
• Verify packaging is done per company standards
• Handle documentation and verification for courier handover
• Maintain dispatch records and track delivery status as required

Qualifications: Graduates Preferred
