Junior Architect

An Architect is responsible for the conception, design, and oversight of construction projects. They transform a client's vision into safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing structures while ensuring compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.

• Core ResponsibilitiesDesign Development: Create detailed sketches, 3D models, and technical drawings using software like 3dsmax, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Vray and Enscape .
• Client Management: Lead consultations to determine project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Project Oversight: Manage the "Construction Administration" phase, visiting sites to ensure the build matches the design intent and safety standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) specialists, and contractors to integrate all technical systems.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local zoning laws, building codes, and accessibility requirements .
• Sustainability: Incorporate energy-efficient materials and sustainable building practices.
