Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Junior Cloud & CRM Application Developer with 2–3 years of experience in cloud server management, CRM systems, and web development. The ideal candidate will support the development, deployment, and maintenance of web applications and CRM platforms hosted on cloud infrastructure.

This role requires a hands-on individual who can work across backend, frontend, and cloud environments while ensuring system performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Cloud Server Management

• Deploy, configure, and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Monitor server performance, uptime, and security.
• Handle basic DevOps tasks including CI/CD deployments.
• Manage backups, server patches, and troubleshooting.

🔹 CRM Management & Customization

• Configure, customize, and maintain CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
• Create workflows, automation rules, and reports.
• Integrate CRM with third-party applications using APIs.
• Provide technical support and user training when required.

🔹 Web Development

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications.
• Work on frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular preferred).
• Support backend development using Node.js / PHP / Python (as applicable).
• Ensure application security and performance optimization.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in cloud hosting and web development.
• Strong understanding of server environments (Linux/Windows).
• Experience working with at least one CRM platform.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Basic understanding of Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with cloud security and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset.

Good to Have

• Experience in Docker or containerization.
• Exposure to payment gateway or third-party integrations.
• Understanding of data security & compliance standards.
• Startup experience preferred.
