Junior Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat.

Understand customer concerns, identify issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.

Demonstrate empathy and patience while handling frustrated or confused customers.

Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services to assist customers accurately.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and service quality.

Adapt to new tools, systems, and procedures in a dynamic work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic during customer interactions.

Good understanding of customer service best practices.

Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to change.

Language Requirements

Fluency in English , Hindi and any of South Indian languages such as Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (mandatory)
