Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers with service-related queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

This position is suitable for recent graduates who are looking to begin their professional journey in a structured and process-driven work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email
  • Provide clear information regarding services and processes
  • Track ongoing service requests and follow up internally
  • Coordinate with operations and support teams
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
  • Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
  • Adhere to defined company processes and service standards


  • Eligibility Criteria
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email usage)
  • Comfortable working from the Koramangala office
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to structured processes
