Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers with service-related queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
This position is suitable for recent graduates who are looking to begin their professional journey in a structured and process-driven work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email
- Provide clear information regarding services and processes
- Track ongoing service requests and follow up internally
- Coordinate with operations and support teams
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
- Adhere to defined company processes and service standards
- Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email usage)
- Comfortable working from the Koramangala office
- Willingness to learn and adapt to structured processes
