Job Summary:

As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of our product listings, ensuring maximum visibility, sales, and profitability on the Amazon platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and enhance our brand presence on Amazon. This role requires a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize product listings on the Amazon platform to increase

sales, conversion rates, and visibility.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, traffic,

rankings, and customer reviews, to identify areas for improvement and

develop data-driven strategies.

- Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, and

backend keywords for improved search visibility.

- Implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining

competitive in the market.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional

campaigns, including advertising, coupons, and deals, to drive sales and

enhance brand presence.

- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries to

maintain a positive brand image and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Stay up to date with Amazon policies, algorithm updates, and industry

trends to proactively adjust strategies and leverage new opportunities.

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies,

and product differentiators.

- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure inventory availability

and manage product replenishment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new

initiatives and enhancements to optimize the Amazon selling

experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing,

or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, preferably in

managing Amazon accounts.

- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central , Vendor Central,

including familiarity with product listing optimization, advertising,

and inventory management.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw

insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in using analytical tools, such as Amazon Advertising,

Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the

ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management

skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-

paced, dynamic environment.

- Passion for e-commerce, online marketing, and staying updated with

industry trends.

- Knowledge of additional e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Walmart

Marketplace) is a plus.
