Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment tasks like posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Manage employee attendance and leave records
• Help with onboarding new employees and maintaining files
• Support day-to-day HR tasks like documentation and answering employee queries
• Assist in employee engagement activities and training sessions
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in HR or office administration
• Should be able to handle work independently with attention to detail
• Good communication and people skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Willing to learn and grow in the HR field
