Salary₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Fixed salary + performance-based incentives)

We are hiring Junior Marketing Executives for offline, face-to-face marketing in Bangalore.

This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a long-term career in marketing, sales, and management.

You will start by learning field sales and communication skills and will be trained to lead a team. High performers will grow into team leadership and eventually management roles.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFace-to-face interaction with customers in assigned areas
• On-ground marketing and promotion of campaigns
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently
• Achieve daily and weekly sales/marketing targets
• Collect customer feedback and report to team leaders
• Work closely with the field sales and marketing team
