Job Description
• Fresher’s who are interested in Voice Process.
• Education Qualification Min. Intermediate/ 12th/ PUC / Graduate.
• Good English verbal and written skills required.
• Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Respond to customer's issues on TAT.
• Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones/graveyard shifts).

• Training period: 1.5 months for fresher’s (US Process).
