Junior Recruiter

Brief on Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Recruiter will be responsible in sourcing resumes using innovative recruiting strategies to find right candidates.

• The Recruiter will do the initial cv screening as per the job description, check interest level, references, arrange interviews for the short-listed candidates and follow-up the entire interview process till the offer stage.

• Should have good written and oral communication skills.

• Knowledge of professional portals and social media usage and sharing of job postings on platforms like social media and job boards.

• Positive attitude towards work, willingness to learn new skill sets.

• Proficient in use of Excel and Word.

• Maintain daily & weekly reports and pipeline tracker.
