We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Junior Social Media Manager who loves content, understands social platforms, and is eager to grow in an agency environment.

Role OverviewAs a Junior Social Media Manager, you’ll support the execution of social media strategies with a strong emphasis on content creation. You’ll work closely with senior team members to create, schedule, and manage content for multiple brands while staying on top of trends and platform best practices.

This role is ideal for someone at the start of their social media career who wants real exposure, responsibility, and learning.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContent CreationCreate engaging social media content (static posts, carousels, reels/short videos, stories)
• Write clear, creative, and on-brand captions for different platforms
• Assist in developing monthly content calendars
• Adapt content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others as required
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and content styles
• Social Media ManagementSchedule and publish content using native tools or scheduling platforms
• Monitor comments and DMs and flag engagement opportunities
• Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all posts
• Collaboration & SupportWork closely with designers, video editors, and strategists
• Support senior managers in campaign execution and reporting
• Assist with basic performance tracking (reach, engagement, saves, etc.)
• Requirements0–2 years of experience in social media or content creation (internships count)
• Strong interest in content creation and social media trends
• Good writing skills in English (additional Indian languages are a plus)
• Basic understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content formats
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment
• Good to HaveBasic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
• Understanding of hashtags, CTAs, and engagement tactics
• Experience managing multiple accounts or brands
