Junior Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a creative Junior Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention content for social media, paid campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Performance Ads (Meta, Google, YouTube)

• Create engaging short-form content optimized for reach and conversions

• Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects

• Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific formats

• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams for campaign creatives

• Ensure quick turnaround while maintaining high-quality output

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of video editing experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator

• Understanding of social media trends and performance-driven content

• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual editing skills

Good to Have

• Motion graphics and kinetic typography

• Basic color grading and sound mixing

• Experience with marketing or agency content

• Familiarity with AI editing tools and YouTube retention strategies
