Junior Video Editor (Talking Head Videos)

We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor to create high-performing, educational talking-head reels for doctors and healthcare brands.

You’ll edit short-form and Long form content that is clear, credible, and engaging for patient audiences across platforms like Instagram and YouTube Shorts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit talking-head educational reels for multiple doctors/specialties
• Add clean cuts, pacing, and structure to improve watch time and retention
• Create on-brand subtitles/captions for clarity and accessibility
• Insert relevant B-roll, visual references, and motion elements where needed
• Enhance audio quality (noise cleanup, leveling, sync)
• Maintain consistency in format, branding, and quality across clients
• Deliver edits on time as per weekly/monthly content calendars
• Collaborate with strategy/script and social media teams for revisions and optimizations
• Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Adobe (Creative Suite) for supporting tasks
• Good understanding of short-form storytelling, hooks, and retention editing
• Ability to edit educational/medical content in a simple, engaging way
• Strong sense of timing, typography, and clean visual hierarchy
• Ability to handle feedback and deliver multiple revisions quickly
• Preferred QualificationsPrior experience editing reels for personal brands, doctors, or healthcare businesses
• Familiarity with medical/healthcare content tone and compliance sensitivity
• Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects is a plus)
• Experience managing multiple client deliverables simultaneously
• Output ExpectationsPlatform-ready vertical videos (9:16)
• Fast turnaround on deliverables
• Consistent edit quality across all assigned doctors

High attention to detail in subtitles, audio, and final export settings

NOTE: Its a full time work from office role based out of our Bangalore office.
