Qualification: Any graduate (10+2+3) with a minimum of 1 year of experience or an MBA fresher

The candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English. 

Versant Level: 4

Rotational Shifts: (7 am to 9 pm (any 9 hours between), Female and Male)

Work from the Office

CTC: Up to 25,000/- per month for an MBA fresher

Take home: 20,000/- per month for an MBA fresher

CTC: Up to 30,000/- per month for experienced candidates

Take Home: up to 25,000/- for experienced candidates

Quarterly Bonus: 4,065/- 

Apprentice Salary:

Freshers: 22,500/- stipend per month

Experience: 27,000/- stipend per month

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and support assigned key seller/vendor accounts on the Myntra platform

Act as a single point of contact for sellers for operational and account-related queries

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller issues within defined TATs

Monitor account performance, order flow, inventory status, and SLA adherence

Assist sellers with platform processes, policies, and system navigation

Handle escalations professionally and ensure customer/seller satisfaction

Maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and MIS related to account performance

Ensure compliance with Myntra policies and business guidelines

Support business growth by improving seller engagement and retention

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously

Problem-solving and analytical mindset

Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations is an added advantage

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment
