Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.

Client Needs Analysis: Understand client hiring objectives, company culture, and technical requirements to deliver suitable candidates.

Strategic Planning: Develop account plans to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities (e.g., volume hiring, specialized recruitment services).

Service Delivery: Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure positions are filled efficiently and to high standards.

Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report key account metrics and performance to stakeholders.

Issue Resolution: Promptly address client complaints or recruitment challenges. 

Experience: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in recruitment role (typically 2+ years).

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Business Acumen: Ability to understand client industries and talent trends.

Education: MBA, BSc/BA in Business Administration, or a related field.

Targeted KPIs

Client retention rate.

Revenue and deputee growth from existing accounts.

Time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.

Client satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Salary - 05 LPA - 06 LPA.
