Key Account Manager

Role- Key Account Specialist- USA Market

Primary Responsibilities-

Identify key decision-makers for ingredient purchasing

● Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to U.S. buyers and procurement teams

● Consult prospects to understand requirements and provide product solutions

● Manage leads, communication, and pipeline using CRM tools (phone, email, Teams)

● Acquire new customers; expand purchases from existing clients

● Build and maintain a book of business with ongoing customer engagement

Qualifications

Strong skills in B2B prospecting, negotiation, and closing

Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas

Excellent communication and business presentation skills

Experience in U.S. calling or international sales is an advantage

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Incentives: INR 2,500 for each new customer added, plus incentives of up to 1.75% of

the invoice value. The average invoice value is approximately USD 5,500 per purchase

order (PO).
