What will you do?

Client Relationship Management:

Engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and families and understand their

requirements through preference calls.

Recommend houses that match 80% of their preference

Build and maintain a strong network of clients through follow-ups and personalized

service.Market Expertise & Insights:

Analyze Bangalore’s micro-markets (Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, Koramangala, etc.) and

provide data-driven insights on pricing, trends, and infrastructure developments.

Stay updated on real estate laws, RERA regulations, and government policies impacting

residential properties in Bangalore.

Offer strategic advice on resale value, ROI, and emerging areas of potential growth.

Sales and Negotiation:

Facilitate property showings, virtual tours, and site visits.

Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, focusing on favorable terms for all parties.

Provide expert advice on documentation, property registration, and financial options,

including home loans.

Qualifications

Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree candidate.
