Kitchen Assistant

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to support daily production operations. This entry-level role is essential to maintaining consistency, efficiency, and quality across our production processes. You will follow established recipes, SOPs, cleanliness and safety protocols while contributing to day-to-day production activities in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow SOPs for:

1. Sanitizing
2. Cleaning
3. Brewing
4. Preparing flavourings
5. Preparing ingredients
6. Packing
7. Order fulfilling

• Maintain brewing machinery and production equipment
• Handle raw materials and manage various storage requirements
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards across the production floor
• Maintain daily inventory records of ingredients and packaging material
• Keep tools and equipment production-ready
• Assist with packing and shipping as per customer and distributor requirements
• Follow the brewing schedule and support smooth workflow
• Maintain cleanliness, consistency, and efficiency at all stages of production
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth running of daily operations including timely order fulfilment
• Identify and resolve minor operational issues
• Adhere to internal quality standards and participate in audits as required

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and safety guidelines accurately
• Physically capable of lifting up to 20 kg. Including standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail in a production environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
