Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to assist in the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will help maintain cleanliness, assist chefs with basic food preparation, and ensure kitchen supplies are stocked and organized.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks (cutting, washing, peeling, etc.)
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Dispose of garbage and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas
• Organize and store ingredients and kitchen supplies
• Assist in loading/unloading deliveries
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Perform any other duties as assigned by kitchen staff or supervisor
• Requirements:Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
