Job Description
Responsible for preparing (assembling) and dispatching orders using pre-prepared stock from the central kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and portion food items as per SOP
- Ensure accurate and timely order packing & dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and equipment
- Follow FIFO for stock handling and storage
- Manage basic inventory and stock usage
Requirements:
- Prior QSR/cloud kitchen experience preferred
- Basic food handling & hygiene knowledge
- Ability to handle rush hours efficiently
- Punctual, disciplined, and process-driven
Shift: Flexible, including weekends
