**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Pizza Preparation:** Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.

- **Cooking:** Operate and maintain the wood-fired oven, monitoring temperatures and cooking times to achieve perfect pizzas.

- **Menu Development:** Collaborate with the culinary team to create and innovate menu items, including seasonal offerings and specials.

- **Ingredient Sourcing:** Ensure the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients, and maintain inventory levels.

- **Cleanliness & Safety:** Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers, offering recommendations and ensuring a positive dining experience.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a pizza chef, preferably with wood-fired pizza.

- Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques and ingredients.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume orders.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Passion for food and a commitment to quality.
