Kinnow is India’s first subscription-based healthy breakfast company. We deliver fresh, nutritious, and thoughtfully designed breakfasts every morning to our customers’ doorstep. To continue our journey of delighting customers daily, we are looking for a passionate Kitchen helper who can lead Fruit and vegetable cutting, meal preparation and packing operations in our kitchen.

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle daily meal preparation including cutting, slicing, mixing, and assembling ingredients.
• Prepare fruits and toppings with precision, maintaining consistency and hygiene.
• Ensure smooth and timely meal packing in line with delivery schedules.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
• Collaborate with the team on R&D for new recipes and breakfast innovations.
• Assist in inventory management (tracking, receiving, and storing raw materials).
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure error-free execution of daily menus.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a kitchen/culinary role (cloud kitchen, catering, restaurant, or hotel).
• Strong skills in fruit cutting, slicing, and portioning.
• Ability to adapt and learn new recipes quickly.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle early morning deadlines.
• Commitment to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Shift Timings

• 10 PM to 3 AM: Ingredient preparation, soaking, and overnight meals.
• 4am to 11am: Final assembly, cooking (if required), and packing meals for delivery.
