भूमिका (Role):

• किचन में खाना तैयार करने में सहायता करना और खाद्य गुणवत्ता, स्वच्छता व साफ-सफाई के उच्च मानकों को बनाए रखना।
• इन्वेंट्री/स्टॉक का ध्यान रखना और आवश्यक सामग्री की जानकारी प्रबंधन टीम को देना।
• किचन उपकरणों और बर्तनों का सही रखरखाव करना।
• इवेंट्स और बिज़ी समय में टीम के साथ मिलकर किचन संचालन में सहयोग करना।
• जरूरत पड़ने पर स्टूडियो फ्लोर पर ग्राहकों का स्वागत, बेसिक सहायता, और स्टाफ सपोर्ट (जैसे—सेशन के लिए तैयारी/सेटअप, गेस्ट मैनेजमेंट, सफाई में सहयोग) करना।
• फूड सेफ्टी और हाइजीन के सभी नियमों का पालन करना।
• मैनेजर द्वारा दिए गए अन्य ऑपरेशनल कार्यों में सहयोग करना।

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Manage kitchen cleanliness (daily cleaning, dishwashing support, maintaining a tidy prep area).
• Monitor inventory and inform the management team about stock requirements in time.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during events and peak hours.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards strictly.
• Support Splashit floor operations when required:
• Welcoming customers and basic guest assistance
• Helping with session setup/cleanup and general studio support
• Assisting the team during parties/events and busy hours
• Carry out other operational tasks as assigned by the manager.
