Role:

• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Plan and manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with management for stock requirements.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth operations, especially during events and peak hours.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
