Kitchen Steward

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas
• Handle waste disposal and follow hygiene standards
• Assist with basic prep and support chefs during busy service
• Ensure proper storage of cleaned items and supplies

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and team-oriented
