Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who knows South and North Indian preparation, make an indent if any kitchen items are needed for the next day, also get the food costing on per day basis
Added advantage if you know how cloud kitchen works and how to make indent from cloud kitchen on daily basis
1. Staff Management: Overseeing, training, and coordinating with staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and other team members, to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
2. Customer Service: Addressing guest complaints or special requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
3. Inventory and Supplies: Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing inventory to ensure the kitchen and dining areas are adequately stocked.
4. Scheduling: Creating and managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours, and balancing labor costs.
5. Quality Control: Ensuring food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards are met consistently in both the kitchen and dining areas.
6. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness standards.
7. Financial Management: Assisting with budget management, overseeing daily sales, managing cash flow, and keeping track of financial records.
8. Team Building and Training: Motivating staff, fostering teamwork, and conducting training sessions to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
9. Reporting and Feedback: Keeping management informed on operational performance, customer feedback, and staff needs or issues.
10. Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively addressing any issues that arise during service to ensure operations continue smoothly.
