Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assign tasks.
  • Ensure food preparation meets quality and hygiene standards.
  • Manage pickup orders to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Oversee store management including stock monitoring, inventory control, and ordering supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food handling regulations.
  • Train and guide new kitchen staff as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in kitchen or food service operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control, store management, and food safety standards.
