Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise kitchen staff and assign tasks.
- Ensure food preparation meets quality and hygiene standards.
- Manage pickup orders to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
- Oversee store management including stock monitoring, inventory control, and ordering supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food handling regulations.
- Train and guide new kitchen staff as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in kitchen or food service operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control, store management, and food safety standards.
