Documentation: Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan documentation, including verifying applicant information, collateral details, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process, addressing inquiries, guiding applicants through the process, and resolving any issues or concerns.

Loan Processing: Oversee the processing of loan applications, including verification of documents, coordination with internal teams, and timely communication with applicants regarding the status of their applications.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to two-wheeler financing, including KYC (Know Your Customer) norms, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and data privacy laws.

Reporting: Generate reports on loan applications, approvals, rejections, and other relevant metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, such as sales teams, underwriters, and senior management, to facilitate smooth loan processing and resolve issues effectively.
