Lab Technician role along with reception area assistant, with good experience in working with semiautomated machines and using software for lab reports

Job Title: Lab Technician cum Reception Assistant

 The candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, maintaining equipment, and providing reception assistant services to our patients.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Lab Technician:*

  - Conduct laboratory tests and analyze samples, ensuring accurate and timely results

  - Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment 

Blood sample processing on

1.Erba H360 for Hematology

2.Erba semiautomated for biochemistry 

3.urine analyzer 

4.serology

Handling computerised billing 

Diagnostic Reception assistance

  - Record and report test results, identifying critical values and alerting relevant personnel

  - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures

- *Reception Assistance:*

  - Manage front desk operations, greeting patients and visitors, answering phone calls .

Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations

- Additional Responsibilities

  - Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment

  - Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of laboratory procedures
