Labour Helper/Mazdoor

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production and Installation Helper to join our dynamic team. In this dual-role position, you will be crucial in supporting both our workshop production line and on-site installation teams. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will assist in building, preparing, and installing our products, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.

The Production and Installation Helper supports the fabrication, assembly, and installation of various types of signage including glow signs, acrylic letters, vinyl graphics, flex boards, and metal structures. This role involves assisting skilled technicians and installers in preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely completion of signage projects at both workshop and client sites.

• Key Responsibilities:Production Support:Assist in cutting, laminating, and assembling signage materials (Acrylic, ACP, Vinyl, Flex, etc.).
• Support the operation of basic machinery such as cutting machines, routers, and heat press machines.
• Handle material preparation and organization for production.
• Ensure proper cleaning and finishing of signage products before dispatch.
• Help in loading and unloading signage materials safely.
• Installation Support:Assist the installation team during on-site signage installations.
• Support in fixing signage boards, LED modules, and mounting structures as per instructions.
• Handle tools, ladders, and equipment during installation works.
• Follow safety standards while working at heights or with electrical signage components.
• Ensure site cleanliness and proper handling of tools after completion of work.
• Maintenance & Housekeeping:Maintain tools and equipment in working condition.
• Keep the production area and vehicles clean and organized.
• Coordination:Work closely with production supervisors and installers to ensure project timelines are met.
• Report any material shortages, damages, or safety issues immediately.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or ITI (any trade preferred).
• Basic knowledge of signage materials and tools (training will be provided).
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy materials.
• Willingness to work in outdoor and workshop environments.
• Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures during installation and electrical work.
• Experience:0–2 years of experience in signage, fabrication, or installation work (freshers may apply).
• Work Environment:Workshop and on-site environments.
• May require travel for outstation installations.
• Working hours may extend depending on project deadlines.
