Key Responsibilities:

Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, and service laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices (printers, monitors, etc.)

Diagnose hardware and software issues, replace faulty components, and perform system upgrades

Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and standard software packages

Provide basic network support, including connectivity checks and IP configuration

Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation

Educate customers on equipment usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting

Ensure timely completion of service calls and communicate updates to clients and management

Maintain tools, parts inventory, and ensure proper handling of customer equipment

Adhere to company and industry safety standards and best practices
