• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, including screen malfunctions, keyboard issues, motherboard failures, and software glitches. 
• Hardware and Software Upgrades: Install and configure software, upgrade hardware components, and ensure systems are up-to-date and secure. 
• Component Replacement: Replace damaged or faulty components, such as screens, keyboards, motherboards, and other hardware. 
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, assisting with troubleshooting, installation, and basic usage of laptops. 
• Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, virus scanning, and system updates. 
• Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions. 
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
