Launch Lead

We are looking for a Launch Lead to drive the pre-launch strategy and execution for upcoming Cult centers across 100+ cities in India. This role will lead Pre-Sales teams and BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities to build awareness, generate leads, and ensure successful center launches. The position will be based in Bangalore but will require frequent travel to launch cities to manage on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

● Travel to launch cities and manage activities for approximately 3-4 months per location.

● Execute pre-launch strategies for new Cult centres across multiple cities.

● Do offline lead generation by planning and executing BTL marketing activities such as kiosk setups, pamphlet distribution, and local activations.

● Ensure brand visibility and customer experience standards are maintained during pre-launch campaigns.

● Do walk-in engagement and ensure pre-sale conversions before centre launch.

● Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth launch planning.

● Ensure achievement of monthly and overall revenue from the city

● Ensure optimal working conditions of the fitness facility and ensure an inclusive work environment at the gym for all members.

● Monitor daily performance metrics like leads generated, walk-ins, and conversion rates.

● Ensure continuous education and up-skilling of the City centre managers

What We’re Looking for?

2–5 years of experience in sales, field marketing, launch operations, or BTL campaigns.

● Experience in team handling and on-ground sales operations.

● Strong project management and coordination skills.

● Comfortable with extensive travel and field execution.

● High ownership mindset with strong communication skills.

● Experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, or consumer brands is a plus.
