Job Description
Looking for a Candidate with 7 to 10 years’ experience as a Senior Legal Executive for a Real Estate company in Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
1. Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating legal documents such as agreements, contracts, MOUs, sale deeds, lease deeds, and vendor agreements.
2. Coordinating with external legal counsels for opinions, litigation, and compliance matters.
3. Assist in registration process
4. Assist in RERA Filing.
5. Doing Due Diligence of Title
6. Responding to customer queries
7. Co-ordinating with bank legal representatives to get project approvals
7 to 10 years of experience.
