We are hiring an experienced Legal Advisor to handle legal affairs related to real estate transactions, property documentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing, and vetting property agreements, MoUs, and sale deeds
• Handling legal documentation for land acquisition, plotting, and project development
• Representing the company in legal forums, RERA, and court proceedings
• Liaising with government departments for legal approvals and compliance
• Title due diligence, property verification, and legal risk assessment
• Managing litigation, dispute resolution, and arbitration processes
• Advising management on legal strategy and compliance
• Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate law
• In-depth knowledge of land laws, RERA, property registration, and approvals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
