Job Description

·      Generate leads. Research and identify potential customers using a variety of sources such as online searches, social media or referrals and India Mart.

·      Make sales presentations. Engage with potential customers by phone, email or video conference to demonstrate the features and benefits of products and services and persuade them to purchase.

·      Negotiate deals. Work with customers to identify pricing and payment options that meet their requirements and align with company goals.

·      Close sales. Close sales agreements with customers, provide customer support as required and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

·      Manage sales pipeline. Managing a sales pipeline involves monitoring sales activities and customer interactions, updating sales records and customer information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system and providing regular reports on sales activities and results.

·      Collaborate with team members. Working closely with marketing and other professionals helps executives in sales develop and implement strategies and achieve their targets consistently.

·      Stay up-to-date with product knowledge. Staying up-to-date about products and services involves being familiar with their key features, benefits and competitors to inform potential customers.
