Lead Generation Executive

We’re looking smart, confident male freelancers to represent our brand during college visits. As a College Outreach Executive, you’ll meet college decision-makers, promote our internship/training/job programs, and help onboard interested students from Hotel Management and relevant courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit 5–8 colleges per city (as assigned)

• Connect with TPOs, HODs, and faculty to pitch our offerings

• Present internship/training/job opportunities to students

• Collect student data, distribute brochures, and handle queries

• Take permission-based photos/videos for reporting

• Submit a detailed visit report within 24 hours

Requirements:

1. Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
2. Strong communication in English & local language
3. Presentable, confident, and field-ready
4. Sales / Outreach / Campus visit experience preferred
5. Owns a smartphone for reporting and coordination
6. Male candidates preferred (due to frequent travel)
