About DemandPayDemandPay is a fintech product company building the future of B2B collections. We help businesses improve cash flow by automating payment collections and follow-ups using digital payments and AI.

Our solutions serve:

  • ISPs, Cable TV & subscription businesses – digitizing customer collections and automating recurring payments.
  • SMEs & Enterprises – providing an AI-driven AR Collections Agent that integrates with ERPs to reduce DSO and manual follow-ups.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Executive/ Lead Generation Executive who is energetic, target-driven, and passionate about selling fintech / SaaS products. You will be responsible for lead generation, pitching DemandPay’s solutions, and closing deals, especially with SMEs and subscription-based businesses.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, understands business problems, and can convert opportunities into revenue.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate leads through cold calls, referrals, field visits, and online sources
  • Pitch DemandPay’s payment collection and AR automation solutions to prospective clients
  • Understand customer pain points related to collections, cash flow, and follow-ups
  • Conduct product demos and explain value propositions clearly
  • Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales funnel
  • Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with onboarding, operations, and product teams for smooth client activation
  • Maintain accurate sales records and updates in CRM
  • Gather market and customer feedback to improve sales strategy


  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, payments, or ERP solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Basic understanding of digital payments, collections, or financial workflows is a plus
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
