Lead Generation Executive

Mergen Infotech (OPC) Pvt Ltd is hiring a motivated and energetic Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team through effective outreach strategies.

This is a night shift role, and excellent English communication is mandatory.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential leads through online platforms and databases
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling
• Qualify prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospects
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign support
• ✅ RequirementsBachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• 0–2years of experience in lead generation / sales / business development
• Fluent English communication (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
• Strong research and internet browsing skills
• Ability to work in night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Email marketing tools experience
• Understanding of IT or digital services industry
• 💰 Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Fixed Saturday & Sunday off
