Legal Manager Opportunities in Real Estate, Bengaluru
Industry: Real Estate
Locations: MG Road, Jakkure, Miller's Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Experience: 10 plus Years
Salary Range: ₹12L–₹24L PA
Key Responsibilities:
✓Litigation Management: Handle legal disputes, represent the company, and coordinate with external advocates
✓Non-Litigation / Advisory: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, conduct due diligence, and provide legal opinions
✓Regulatory and Compliance: Liaise with government authorities, monitor property law changes, and maintain legal documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
✓LLB/LLM from a recognized university
✓ 10 plus years of experience in real estate legal matters
✓Fluent in Kannada (reading and writing) mandatory
✓ Sound knowledge of local land laws, RERA, and property registration processes in Karnataka
