We're seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to handle litigation matters and title searches for leading Real estate company @ Jakkur Bangalore.
*Requirements
- LLB degree from a recognized university
- 8+ years of experience in litigation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills
*Remuneration
- up to 12 L CTC PA
*Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on litigation matters
- Conduct title searches
- Handle litigation cases, including drafting pleadings and appearing in court
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel
- Develop and implement litigation strategies
