Job Title: Advocate – Non Litigation

Department: Legal

Role:

Ø  Handling title due diligence, drafting & vetting of Sale Deeds, JDAs, GPAs, Lease & Construction Agreements, 

Ø  End-to-end property registrations in Karnataka. Ensuring compliance with Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, 

Ø  Registration Act, 1908, 

Ø  Transfer of Property Act, 1882,

Ø  Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and 

Ø  Karnataka land revenue regulations.

Ø   Experience with developer’s / law firms / property advisory firms

Ø   Strong knowledge of state-specific land laws

Litigation: 

Role:

Ø  Real estate litigation professional representing developers in civil, commercial, and regulatory disputes.

Ø   Handling matters relating to project delays, specific performance, injunctions, land title disputes, recovery proceedings, consumer complaints, and RERA litigation.

Ø  Experienced in appearances before Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, Consumer Forums, and the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
